I’m Jack Bynum, a Sacramento native with a restless mind, a snowboard that’s never far from reach, and a reggae playlist that keeps the vibes just right. I studied journalism and entrepreneurship at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I learned that curiosity is more than a habit, it’s a way of life. I chase stories, ask better questions, and find meaning in the moments most people overlook.

Words are my thing. I know how to shape them, stretch them, and sometimes twist the truth just enough to keep a story interesting. Whether I’m writing a feature, crafting a pitch, or riffing on a new idea, I believe the best stories are the ones that make people feel something.

Every season brings a new hobby. Snowboarding in winter, tennis and basketball when the sun’s out, backpacking when the mountains call. I love waking up not knowing exactly where the day will take me, just knowing I’ll be moving forward.

After graduation, I’m heading for San Francisco. My goal is to join a creative PR agency where I can bring together my journalistic instincts and creative energy to tell stories that cut through the noise and actually matter.
